Italy Bike Tours
We promote contact between man, nature, and local food & wine culture in Italy. All our guided E Bike tours use pedal-assist bikes. Small groups, private or family-friendly: ideal for exploring at a relaxed pace.

Ability Levels
To make it simpler for you to assess the level of difficulty of an E Bike tour or a Hiking Tour, we’ve created the general ability level indicator. It has four levels that are imbued with simple criteria such as “fitness level” and “technical skills required”.
-
Leisurely pace on flat/rolling terrain
Low dexterity with a bicycle and a minimum level of fitness (maintaining an active style of life).
Technical Skills Required: amateur bike skills (requires beeing able to drive under tarmac pavement while climbing or descending, as well as using shifter and brakes continously)
-
Flowing pace on rolling terrain with ocasionally some hills
Low-medium dexterity with a bike, reasonable level of fitness (exercising at least once a week).
Technical Skills Required: good technical ability (you must be able to turn and brake on inconsistent terrain such as the gravel roads) and use the brakes and shifter consistently.
-
Steady pace for regular cyclists with predominantly rolling landscape and hills
Medium dexterity with a bicycle and a reasonable level of fitness (exercising at least twice a week).
Technical Skills Required: good technical ability (you must be able to turn and brake on inconsistent terrain such as the gravel roads) and use the brakes and shifter consistently.
-
Experts cyclists who crave a challenge
Great dexterity with a bicycle (driving in single tracks and steep downhills) and a great level of fitness (fit and exercising more than 3 times a week)
Technical Skills Required: great technical ability
