07:30 - Bikes delivery to the indicated address at S. Polo in Rosso
08.00 - Presentation of the guide and the staff to the group, introductory and orientation talk.
08:30 - Bike fitting, bike and safety briefing. Test ride in the Castle’s gravel roads.
09.00 - Departure of the tour
09.30 - First storytelling stop at the parish church of San Giusto in Salcio
09.45 - Enter the Provincial Road 102 (not trafficked), initially it is a tarmac road and then it becomes a gravel shaded road. This road is famous in the Chianti Classico, because it is used by the Eroica race.
10.15 - After a climb and a view to the Castle of Aiola we get to the village of Vagliali, where we make a longer stop for freshing up and stretching a bit.
10.45 - After Vagliali our route branches off the SP102 and enters a series of gravel roads, immersing in the nature and in the landscape that is typical of Tuscany: vineyards and olive trees fields.
11.00 - We pass in front of the Parish Church of S. Giovanni Battista and continue until reaching a unique village, that is part of the BAC, that is Village of Contemporary Art: Pievasciata
11.15 - After Pievasciata, we make a turn to head to San Sano.
11.30 - After visiting the hamlet of San Sano, we get to the Agriturismo San Sano.
11.50 - After having had freshen up, a guided visit to the Vineyards will be performed. It follows the olive oil tasting with pairings and the wine tasting (for detailed info on what’s included, see “included in the price”).
13.30 - After having taken a cup of coffee and some sweet snacks, we prepare to cycle 4 more miles return to our starting point, making a stop at the stunning village of Lecchi in Chianti.
14.00 - Arrival at the Castle of S. Polo in Rosso.

Support Vehicle: it will meet the group at strategical points for water + snacks + Shuttle (if necessary, under request, in case someone doesn’t make cycling back to the hotel) back to the hotel

In the event of cancellation of the tour due to bad weather, it will be rescheduled. If participation on the new proposed date is impossible, the amount will be refunded (depending on the payment method, management costs may be withheld)
As long as the cancellation is requested within 48 hours of the start time of the chosen tour, the refund will be granted in full, with management costs relating to the payment method being withheld.
Refund won't be granted if the cancellation request arrives in less than 48 hours prior the tour meeting time.
